A design / build turnkey project consisting of a 22,000 SF storage hangar and an attached 10,000 SF administrative hangar support building to enhance the mission of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Air and Marine Facilities (AMF), on a 136,000 SF parcel located in the Rafael Hernandez International Airport, Aguadilla, Puerto Rico.

The LEED certified facilities were required to integrate all security and communications systems with existing facilities previously developed on the premises, be capable of sheltering the four largest aircrafts in use by the unit at the same time, and accommodate forty (40) law enforcement officers who were previously housed in temporary trailer facilities on site.
